Purchase:

While browsing the Web-shop, the purchaser chooses the product he/she intends to purchase and by clicking the ADD TO CART button, the purchase procedure is commenced. During this, the following steps should be followed:

  •                   Specifying the method of payment. (the buying process entails payment obligations)
  •                   Specifying the mode of transport.
  •                   Clicking the Finish button to send the order.

In each case an e-mail confirmation is received of the order, soon after which our employee contacts you using the contact details you provided and provides exact information regarding the time when the ordered product is expected to be received.

 

The right to withdraw from the purchase:

According to the provisions of Government Decree number 17/1999. (II.5.) on long-distance contracts, the purchaser  is entitled to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days following the receipt of the product, without providing justification. The consumer is entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal from the day of the receipt of the product, which date is certified by the client copy of the waybill received upon delivery. The product must be returned in its original, intact state to any of our shops, together with the  invoice. The  Btech webshop is only obliged to reimburse the full purchase price if the returned product is in its original state as if new (intact, with no missing parts). Exercising the right to withdrawal is free of charge for purchasers, however, you will have to arrange for returning the product and bear the costs thereof.

 

If the package returned citing the right to withdrawal within 8 working days complies with the above conditions, Btech Magyarország Kft. undertakes to  fully reimburse the purchase price to the customer within 30 days from the receipt of the package in compliance with the effective laws  to the bank account specified previously, or if the product is returned in person to our store, to provide a cash reimbursement.

 

Warranty conditions:

  •                   Warranty claims are handled at: the specialised servicing centre specified on the warranty slip.         The warranty period, calculated from the day of purchase, is the following subject to the consumer price of the product:
  •                   6 months if the purchase price of the product is less than HUF 10,000.
  •                   12 months if the purchase price of the product is more than HUF 10,000.
  •                   Purchasers may validate their warranty claims with their corresponding warranty certificates.
  •                   Warranty certificates can only be used if valid and filled out correctly and presented together with the invoice. Any correction, deletion, overwriting or the inclusion of false data on the warranty certificate results in the termination of the warranty.
  •                   If you have your watch repaired or its battery replaced at an authorised servicing station, this results in the termination of the warranty.
  •                   Purchasers shall notify any malfunctioning to the service immediately upon noticing it, as purchasers are liable for damages arising from any delay of notification.
  •                   The warranty does not cover: battery, strap, hourglass and scratches, wear and tear resulting from everyday use!
  •                   If the product is faulty, purchasers shall have the rights set forth in decree number 151/1993. (IX.22.):
  •                   The distributor shall endeavour to carry out repairs or replacements within 15 days from being notified of the defect, without any violation of the interests of the purchaser, in a way that ensures that the value and usability of the product does not decrease during the repair in comparison with a product without any defect used properly for the same period of time.
  •                   If the product malfunctions within 3 working days from purchase (except for battery defects), the dealer shall replace it upon request by the purchaser with a product of the same type, or if this is not possible, the purchase price shall be reimbursed when the product is returned, or a product of a different type, but the same value shall be provided as replacement.

The guarantor can only be exempted from liability if he proves that the defect was created after the transfer of the product, e.g.: due to misuse, alterations, external impact, elemental damage, etc. If the nature of the defect or its reparation is disputed, the purchaser may request an expert opinion from the competent quality control authority.

Claims arising from failing to comply with the warranty obligation may be enforced with a civil lawsuit.

Transportation:

If the selected delivery method is courier service, the ordered product is delivered by our delivery partner, the Royal-Sprint Kft.

Delivery fee:

  •                   HUF 1,200 in Budapest and throughout the country for orders under HUF 15,000.
  •                   Free of charge in Budapest and throughout the country for orders above HUF 15,000.

The delivery fee includes the fee of the delivery of the product provided within 24-48 hours. The prices are for information only and include VAT.

Limitation of liability:

A precondition of making a purchase through btech.hu is that the purchaser is aware of and accepts the possibilities and limitations of the Internet. Users and/or purchasers acknowledge that they themselves must assess the risks that may be involved with browsing and making a purchase and they shall also ensure themselves that their computer is used safely and the data stored thereon are protected.

 Btech Magyarország Kft. shall not be held liable for damages arising from force majeure or other events beyond its control, including but not limited to damages arising from

  •                   the usage or malfunctioning of the website,
  •                   data being changed by any person,
  •                   any delay in forwarding information,
  •                   viruses,
  •                   software malfunctioning, the malfunctioning of the internet network, other technical malfunctioning,
  •                   malfunctioning of the connection or the system,
  •                   incorrect information provided by a supplier.

 Btech Magyarország Kft. shall be entitled to unilaterally modify the conditions and rules of purchase and these terms and conditions at any time, without providing separate notification. Such modifications shall be valid and applicable from the date of their publication.

These terms and conditions – including the conditions regarding ordering and delivery – and the prices displayed by the website are only and exclusively valid in the case of a purchase in the Web-shop.
